Well priced hotel located in a well kept area so close to all the shopping and eating places, bars and restaurants and Island. Excellent and absolutely perfect location for our visit to Paseo Herencia Mall around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Swim-up bar with complementary drinks. Excellent service at all times.

Overall a pleasant stay by one night. The place was fairly clean, brand-new and air-conditioned rooms. Lovely building and rooms with the essentials. Magnificent location for enjoying restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Swim-up bar in the venue.

Spent 7 nights here with my husband, had an excellent stay overall. The swim-up bar was a delightful surprise.

Incredible location in surrounding bars at night, affable staff, everything was amazing. Our room was a nice size and brand-new with the new air conditioning and the overall stay on vacation was really amazing. We appreciated this stay.

The location was amazing, not too far from Orchid Casino. Truly enjoyed the tastefully decorated and brand-new room with a view. The staff was pretty friendly, kept everything fairly clean and nice.

We booked Brickell Bay at last minute as we had to unexpectedly extend our holiday due to my husband being admitted to hospital. Our previous hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate us. Our previous hotel was more than 3 x the price & our only regret is that we didn't book Brickell Bay from the start of our holiday. Yes the rooms need a little updating there is evidence that the hotel is being updated during our stay but was being completed considerately and without disruption. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, every member of staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. We would 100% recommend Brickell Bay and will return when we holiday in Aruba in the future.

The situation was very good. The main road leads directly to the strand. Pool area also very good.

Windows weren't openable. Ventilation only possible by air conditioning. . Beds had been laid through. Not very comfortable.

A small, simple hotel in the center of Palm Beach. We really enjoyed it here and can only recommend it. Possibilities to go out / Shopping options are right near the hotel. I would be back anytime. It was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. That was great!

None of the rooms has a balcony. Too bad.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is right across the street from the beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. You can easily explore the vibrant nightlife and enjoy a variety of dining options. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities.

The hotel could use some improvements and upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near the beach and the fact that it was right at the local bus stop. It made it easy for us to explore the area and get to the shore within minutes. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool and lounge area, which provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff was really nice and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed.
